Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Adam T, LLC, a Delaware company ("ViewsBase", "we"). They apply when you use viewsbase.com, the ViewsBase app, API or CLI. If you use ViewsBase for a company, you accept these terms for that company. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Give accurate details and keep your email address current. We send sign-in codes and payout alerts there.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspace, including the actions of the team members you invite.
  • Keep sign-in links, access codes and API keys private. Tell us at team@viewsbase.com if you think someone else has them.

What ViewsBase does

ViewsBase tracks public posts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, counts their views and calculates what each creator is owed under the terms a team sets. View counts come from the platforms and from third-party data providers. They can be late, missing or wrong, and AI readings of analytics recordings can be wrong. Check the numbers before you pay.

ViewsBase is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. If a platform changes or blocks access to its data, some features can stop working. By tracking YouTube posts, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Payments to creators

ViewsBase does not hold, send or receive money for creator payments. Teams pay creators directly, with their own payment method. The offer between a team and a creator is between them. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee that any payment is made.

Teams are responsible for their creator agreements, for paying what they owe, and for ad disclosure and tax rules. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for giving correct payout details. Creator referral commissions follow the Referral Program Terms.

Plans, trial and billing

These terms apply to teams. Creators do not pay for ViewsBase.

  • Plans. Prices and post limits are on the pricing page. Every plan has every feature. A tracked post counts toward the month in which it is added.
  • Free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose.
  • Renewal. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Stripe charges your card at the start of each period.
  • Cancelling. Cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then stops. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • Changing plans. An upgrade starts now, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade, or a change from yearly to monthly, starts at the end of the current period.
  • Going over your limit. Posts that count are the posts added this billing month that are not rejected. We email you at 80% and at 100% of your plan's post limit. Over the limit everything keeps working; new posts stop at 150% of the limit, or 14 days after you first go over, whichever comes first. Posts you already track keep updating, and payouts keep working. When you upgrade, new posts work again right away. The count starts over each billing month.
  • Extra posts (Scale and Agency). You can turn on extra posts on the billing page. While they are on, posts above your plan's limit cost $3 per 100 extra posts ($30 per 1,000), billed in blocks of 100 on your next invoice, with no ceiling, and the pause above does not apply. The blocks are rounded up once per billing month: 1 to 100 extra posts are one block ($3), 101 to 200 are two ($6). A post rejected in the same billing month is not billed. You can set an optional monthly limit for extra posts, from $3: a limit allows the whole blocks of 100 that fit in it (a $50 limit allows 16 blocks, 1,600 extra posts). We email you at 80% and at 100% of it, and at the limit new posts pause until you raise or remove it. We never bill more than the limit. You can turn extra posts off at any time; posts added before then are still billed.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries it again for 30 days. After 14 days unpaid, tracking pauses and the workspace becomes read-only; when a payment goes through, everything resumes. After 30 days unpaid, the plan ends. We keep your data, and renewing the plan restores it.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You pay any taxes that apply.
  • Price changes. We email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your plan. It starts at your next renewal.

Your data

You own the data and content you put into ViewsBase. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only to run ViewsBase for you. When you add creators and their details, you confirm that you are allowed to share that data with us for your campaign.

Acceptable use

Do not use ViewsBase to:

  • Buy, fake or hide views, or submit posts or analytics that are not real.
  • Break the law, or the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other platform.
  • Harass people, or collect data about people who are not part of your campaigns.
  • Scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer ViewsBase, or get past its limits or security.
  • Send so many requests that the service slows down for others.

Suspension and closing

You can stop using ViewsBase at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email team@viewsbase.com.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk or is not paid. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem and export your data.

Disclaimers

ViewsBase is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available, or that view counts, calculated amounts or AI readings will be correct.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

If you use ViewsBase for a company, that company agrees to cover our costs from claims caused by its creator offers, its content or its breach of these terms.

Law and disputes

The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, apply to these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware. Before you start a claim, email team@viewsbase.com so we can try to fix it first.

Changes

We can update these terms. For important changes, we email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using ViewsBase after that, the new terms apply.
